Returns Policy

The customer has 7 calendar days, as from the reception of the ordered goods, to return them to MIIZ. Any item purchased can be returned within 7 days if one of these three conditions are met. For refunding or exchange, the customer must return the products intact, in their original packaging (including the delivery note), including all accessories (all that has been received),

Defective Goods

We fully understand how disheartening it is to receive defective goods. Simply return the item to us and we will sort it out for you.

Not Satisfied?

Once in a while, it is hard to fully imagine what a product is like before you have it in your hands. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us.

Points To Remember

  • Products can not be returned after the 7-day return period expires.
  • Products that are stained, either by water or other liquids, cannot be returned.
  • All items and accessories must be returned with the undamaged, unaltered and in essentially the same condition as when the item was shipped.

How To Make A Return

Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned and send it to the following address:

Once the returned item has been received and accepted, a coupon will be sent, the face value of which, will be identical to the amount paid for the item as indicated in the order during check out. Return deliveries and any incidental costs are not covered by the return policy.
